Typical programs

How multi-site programs are usually structured

Every portfolio is different. These are common starting points we tailor to each site’s systems, cooking load and access.

Multi-venue restaurant & QSR operators

A planned filter exchange schedule across venues, with canopy and duct cleaning at frequencies matched to each kitchen’s cooking load. Filter exchange · Canopy cleaning

Property, retail & council portfolios

Shared exhaust systems, tenancy kitchens, office HVAC and civic facilities, with records suited to procurement and asset reporting. Industries we service · Service records

A clear service scope

What is included, and what is quoted separately

Clear scope avoids surprises at audit time. Our kitchen exhaust cleaning is carried out in accordance with AS 1851, and anything we cannot safely reach is reported rather than assumed clean.

FAQs

Common questions

Answers for facilities, procurement and portfolio managers.

Can one contractor cover all of our sites?

Yes. We service commercial sites across Melbourne and Victoria and can schedule kitchen exhaust, HVAC, filter exchange and laundry and toilet exhaust cleaning under one program.

How do head office and site managers see the records?

Every site’s service history, PDF reports and job photos are kept in the client portal, so head office and individual site managers can find records without chasing emails.

Can work be scheduled around trading, care routines or tenants?

Yes. Most work is scheduled after hours or around each site’s trading, care or occupancy routine, and we work to site induction and access requirements.

What insurance and safety documentation do you provide?

We hold $20 million public liability insurance and Victorian WorkCover insurance. Certificates of currency and safe work documentation can be provided for supplier onboarding.

Is every part of every system included in a standard clean?

No contractor can clean what cannot be safely reached. Where ductwork lacks access, we report it and can quote access hatch supply and installation. Mechanical repairs such as motors, bearings and belts are not part of our cleaning service.

A clearer starting point

What to send for a multi-site quote

You do not need a finished maintenance specification to begin. Send what you have, flag what is unknown and we can discuss the scope site by site.

Sites and local contacts

List the site names, addresses and the person who coordinates access at each location. Identify the central contact who will review the proposed program.

Systems and service history

Outline the canopies, exhaust ducts, filters or HVAC systems involved. Existing reports, equipment photos and the last known service dates help clarify the starting point.

Access and operating windows

Flag roof or duct access, permits, induction requirements and trading hours. Include preferred after-hours windows and any areas that must remain operational.

Reporting and supplier requirements

Tell us about procurement documents, insurer or audit requirements, and which sites should be included in your group portal. See what our service records include.

Not sure about a system or its access? Describe it in your enquiry rather than assuming it is included. The agreed scope sets out the work and any separately quoted items.

Bring every site under one program

Send us your site list and we will prepare a scope and schedule, with a PDF service report and photos after every visit.
