FAQs

Common questions

Practical answers about scope, scheduling and service records.

How often should a cool room be deep cleaned?

The right interval depends on use, residue build-up, routine cleaning and site conditions. We discuss the areas needing attention and recommend a schedule based on those findings, rather than applying one timetable to every premises.

What does the cool room clean include?

Walls, ceilings, and shelving. Doors, seals, gaskets, and hinges. Flooring, drains, and hard-to-reach corners. Removal of mould, grease, spills, and built-up residue. Sanitising to food-premises standard. A written service report recording the completed scope.

Will the cool room need to be emptied?

Yes, the room needs to be empty so we can clean every surface, including behind and under shelving. We’ll work with you to schedule a clean that minimises disruption, often during a delivery gap or overnight.

Are your products safe for food storage areas?

Yes. We use commercial-grade products that meet food premises requirements and rinse to a food-safe finish. The cool room is ready to receive food immediately after we finish.

Can you combine the cool room clean with a kitchen deep clean?

Yes, and we recommend it. Discuss both services when requesting a quote so the scope and scheduling can be coordinated.

Do you provide a compliance report after the clean?

Yes. Every cool room clean comes with a written report covering what was cleaned, what we found, and what we recommend monitoring. Insurers and inspectors ask for these. We keep them on file.

Which areas do you service?

All of Melbourne and most of Victoria. Let us know your address, and we’ll confirm.
